"I am in tune with Existence and spread serenity all over the Earth. I am released from loneliness, agitation, and disconnection from myself and others. I make space in my heart for grace, gratitude, caring, acceptance, joy, and goodness to repair and heal what needed to dissolve. Today I receive an abundance of blessings. As I renew my mind, I release any negative thougut patterns that try to hinder my progress. There is a brilliance within me, and that itself is a reason to rejoice."
